Students will need to complete 40 hours of community service between January 1 and September 30. The 40 hours must be from 2 separate organizations such as non-profits 501c3 organizations, public libraries, or religious organizations. Hours for helping neighbors, baby-sitting, dog walking or helping a specific individual cannot contribute toward the 40 hours. No personal emails can verify hours. All hours must be verified through the non-profit organization. Here is the info for tracking the hours (we are using an online service):

 

Our school is now using x2VOL to track your service hours! x2VOL is an online platform that provides an easy way to log your service hours and find volunteer opportunities. Please follow the below instructions to register for the first time to begin logging your service hours.

1. Go to www.x2VOL.com and click JOIN.

2. Type in your School Name or zip code and click Search.

3. Type in your Last Name and Student ID or Email 

4. Enter the remaining profile fields and click proceed.

5. Set your interests and skills and click proceed.

6. Set a password, select your group and check the required boxes to complete your registration.

7. Log in and view your Dashboard.
